Kind and established trust for the claustrophobic and the nurse/IV was very calming and painless!!!
More magazines or reading material in the waiting areas would have made this experience better. Had to wait 45 minutes until my scheduled appointment which was at 3:15. I arrived early at 3 and didn't get the MRI until 4p.m.

As someone that had a terrible experience , causing my claustrophobia, at another MRI company, Vermont Open MRI help calm me so I could get through my procedure. The technicians were professional and very understanding. While I hope not to here another MRI, if I need one, I will be requesting to go to Vermont Open MRI.
The staff was friendly, informative, and thoughtful. Everyone explained thoroughly what to expect, took a moment to ask how I was feeling, and offered to answer any questions.
Wonderful group of people from making the appt to the techs that did my MRI! So fast ad easy say nothing about less expensive than hospital MRI's!
The open mri is so much better than the alternative. I was much more comfortable.
