The procedure/imaging was just fine. The part that wasn’t fine was attitude coming from. I guess the secretary when iPhone to get my results supposedly they sent it by email but I never received it and then I was told that they would not or could not resend it. I’m not clear why it couldn’t be resent or even mailed to me. I’ve used Open MRI before and even received imaging results when I called to ask for it. If not for that one individual, your score would be a 5.
