Lindsay was patient and gave lots of helpful instructions.. Front desk person headed my heating pad before I left!
I am extremely claustrophobic, extremely! This was and will be the only MRI center that I can go to. My experience was amazing! The staff is super nice and,more importantly for me, very calming. Not being in an enclosed tube made all the difference for me. Highly recommend!
Good experience. I would never go anywhere else again. Staff was great. I am having another MRI soon and after this first experience I am not dreading it. If you are claustrophobic this is the only way to go.
Everyone was very pleasant and everything was explained to me. For a nerve racking process for me it went very well.
The front office staff was friendly,efficient and my appt was on time. The cost is apparently cheaper than MRI services in the hospitals in my area which is great. My only issue was not being told that for a neck MRI there is no option to use headphones to both cancel out the extreme noise and to play music to relax. The test was extremely stressful and I felt a bit unprepared even though I had thoroughly reviewed their website.

Great techician ! Very patient and comforting
Short waiting time, staff was ready for me. Technician explained everything in detail so there were no surprises. Technician also always made sure I was comfortable and was ready for the next phase.
