For a medical practice, it is not set up well for injured or disabled people. With no curb cutouts and no automatic doors, it was a struggle just to enter the building. The person who took me to the locker room to change used the scrubs she was handing me to wave dust off the locker room bench, as though she wasn’t expecting company over that day and forgot to dust. In regard to your difficulty entering our building, you are correct, we currently do not have automatic doors. Because of this, we make an effort when screening patients to see if they need a clinical staff member to meet them in the parking lot and provide wheelchair/assistance. The woman that checked me in was rude to me and made me feel unwelcome. The tech was wonderful and took good care of me during my MRI. When I checked out the same woman that checked me in was annoyed when I asked to confirm that my email was on file for my results.

Didn’t go!!!! Phone calls I was treated like crap by Roberta!! Telling me what has to happen in order for me to go basically threatening me telling me that if I don’t shop with sedation that I am not going to be allowed to do it and that they will never see me again!!!
I have Clostaphobia and he help me get thru everything
