I found my experience at Vt Open MRI today very positive. Andree was very attentive to my questions as well giving me the times of every segment of the test which to me was very helpful to know what is coming. I've never had an MRI before and this experience was very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The whole experience at Open MRI was perfect. It is a friendly atmosphere, impeccably clean. The staff were warm and welcoming. Being in the Open MRI felt safe and comfortable. If you're the least bit intimidated by an MRI, then this is the place to go.

I am claustrophobic and was made to feel very calm and cared for by the person handling my MRI, he was very kind in explaining exactly what and how long the procedure would be and was very helpful in prepping me for it, checked in with me several times and it turned out to be very quick and easy after all. Really the best experience with MRI ever...thank you very much.

The man at the front desk is very professional, polite, and accommodating. The process was quick and easy. It’s a nice and clean establishment. Professional. I would recommend if needed.
