All went well.
A welcoming staff checked me in efficiently in a calm waiting room. The nurse who prepared me for the MRI scan was kind, listened carefully, and made excellent eye contact. The MRI technician kept me well informed throughout the process and had a friendly, easy demeanor. It was a good experience.

Kind and established trust for the claustrophobic and the nurse/IV was very calming and painless!!!
More magazines or reading material in the waiting areas would have made this experience better. Had to wait 45 minutes until my scheduled appointment which was at 3:15. I arrived early at 3 and didn't get the MRI until 4p.m.

As someone that had a terrible experience , causing my claustrophobia, at another MRI company, Vermont Open MRI help calm me so I could get through my procedure. The technicians were professional and very understanding. While I hope not to here another MRI, if I need one, I will be requesting to go to Vermont Open MRI.
