I was able to get in quickly and not wait weeks like the medical center. Everyone was knowledgeable and efficient. I especially loved seeing a dog friendly office.
Overall the staff was very friendly. It was cold in the room I would have enjoyed a blanket to stay warmer during the procedure. Other than that everything was great

Excellent! Everyone was very friendly. I was afraid that I wasn't going to be able to go into the mri machine and the nurse very gently talked me through it!
Staff was wonderful. Scheduling was easy. Everyone made me feel safe & comfortable. They even managed my claustrophobia.
Check in process was smooth and reception staff was pleasant and competent Equipment seemed quite old and I was in the MRI machine for double what was estimated (1.5 hrs vs 45 minutes) with no explanation and no communication except for a check about 5 minutes in
The staff were friendly, courteous and responsive! The facility was clean, neat and provided all that one could ask for under any similar experience! This was my 2nd visit in the past year and everything was consistent from one visit to the next! During the procedure I was comfortable, and relaxed! Overall a 5 out of 5 experience! Thank You
