It was so great, it felt like laying down to take a nap. Everyone is so nice. I thought it was fully enclosed and it’s open at each end. Getting the appointment was so quick and I was able to go in sooner being on the waitlist. Going forward, I will only go here. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know.
The MRI was so much easier than past ones. Bem was very pleasant and professional. Your office was so nice. Not hoping for another MRI but if I do it will definitely be at your location
Everyone was kind and helpful, from the initial call for an appointment to the radiologist doing the MRI. All questions were answered in a timely manner and with expertise. The staff made sure I was comfortable (I’m claustrophobic) throughout the entire process. I highly recommend VT Open MRI to anyone needing an MRI.
Really great staff. Super kind and accommodating. I was promptly called 3 days after being put on the cancellation list! The most important staff member however is Wayne! I saw him in reviews and said, "Wayne better be there!" And sure enough he met me right at the door! A key employee!
It was a very good experience, considering not a fun thing to do
I had a great experience at Open MRI. The survey was done in advance. The place is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. MRI tech verified my medical information and described the process in detail.
Open MRI was able to schedule me within a week and from that call to the actual MRI all of the staff and the technician were very courteous and professional.
It was very good and pretty quick, very loud though
