I had a good visit from Toney with Vern's Plumbing. Nice, knowledgeable, fair priced quote. Toney also shared how happy he is with Vern's company. My first time calling, I actually left a message on Sat. 08/01st.. I did say it was not an emergency. Come Monday morning 08/03 not only did I get a very pleasent call from their office but I had a tech at the door shortly after that call. I woke up to no water at my house. Did some google searching and made three calls to different service providers. One had no one available, one only had voice mail and the other, Vern's Plumbing, answered promptly and had a tech out within 30 minutes. Toney was very professional and congenial. Diagnosed the problem eliminating each potential fault. Unfortunately for me the well pump was dead but to their credit Toney got on the phone and arranged everything.
