The loan officer Veronica Verdugo and the new home sales consultant Steve Bandomer and the underwriter Joanne Mendoza with Starlight Homes and Jessica Mekeever and Amanda with First American Title were outstanding and very professional and helpful they answered all my questions I would recommend them to everybody . I would recommend Starlight Homes to everybody . They worked on the loan fast . I am greatly appreciative of everybody .

We had a very disappointing experience working with Veronica. From the beginning, she provided information that turned out to be mostly assumptions rather than facts. She often said things like “I think we can do it this way,” which made us question her professionalism and knowledge of the loan process. Throughout the process, we faced numerous issues.
