Flawless. Tom G. and Jose G. arrived on time, did a great job, and left everything very clean. Communication is a high priority for me. Tom and Jose were knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions about safety and maintenance. I have worked with Vertical a couple times over the years, most recently last year to complete a dryer vent cleaning. We have an english bulldog at home who sheds a lot, so our dryer tends to get build up of dog fur. I was very impressed with the Vertical team that came to my home. Process was quick and easy and was very non-invasive to my home. Kyle and his team were amazing to work with converting our wood burning fireplace to gas. Vertical was easy to schedule, on time, clean and responsive to all of my questions. Great experience start to finish! Highly recommend!
Eric and Jason Duda were awesome! Very informative about the state of our fireplace and boiler. Very transparent about the prices and the different options available to us. They did a great job cleaning and pointed out damages that were present and the associated risk. And lastly, very friendly! Would definitively recommend this company and I look forward to having work done by Jason and Eric in the future!
