I contacted Veteran Air after reading other reviews about service and quality of work. Doing research ahead of time did not disappoint. I had used the same service A/C service provider for the past 6 yrs and almost always felt as though I was throwing money out the window. I contacted veteran air because one of my rentals ac was blowing warm. From the way they answered the phone to the call that they had finished the installation of a new system was very professional. I was given options of different units and i made the choice to go with a Trane as the one they were replacing was 21yrs old. John gave me a more than fair price but at this time I didn't want to spend that kind of money and considered another unit but really wanted the Trane with a digital read out.
