RecommendedAm new to Veteran Air…after letting go my last two service providers I can say the technician (Chris) was most professional, knowledgeable, and quite thorough…. In fact, I calculate his advice will even save me hundreds in my first few years of service. They’re exactly what they say profess to be….Don’t change a thing!

I cannot recommend Veteran Air highly enough! I recently came home from out of town to a Super Hot home. I called another A/C company (whom we had a maintenance contract with). They said it would be $978 to “temporarily fix the problem.” I tried Veteran Air for a second opinion, they sent a tech (Eli) within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Excellent customer service skills displayed by Veteran Air office staff regarding scheduling & ordering parts quickly in the office. Charles walked me thru pics of major parts in my central a/c unit & exactly what he found & repaired. I followed his suggestion for a major piece of the unit registering a need to replace in the future. Following my ok FRI that part was ordered from a USA plant & I was put on calendar a few hours later MON installation!
