I have been using Veteran Air to service my air conditioning system since I arrived in Florida over 4 years ago. Nothing is more crucial than a good functioning system and it pays to have it inspected regularly. Veteran's technicians always arrive on time, are friendly, thorough, and efficient. I have never experienced one minute of down time thanks to their maintenance.
First I would like to say everyone I dealt with at Veteran Air were very polite , knowledgeable and helpful from the person who answered the phone to the parts manager and the technician that came out. I especially liked the fact that that they give a free second opinion. Our technician was very knowledgeable and professional and spent a lot of time checking everything out.
