Dr. Cola is a great vet and communicator. As the owner of a senior rescue dog (who is tough to get things covered via pet insurance due to an endless looking at of pre-existing conditions), I appreciate that they are in the Pet Assure network that gives me some help with expenses. Their front desk folks are easy to work with and very responsive. This is a quality and compassionate clinic all the way around.
My 7yo daughters dwarf hamster got her leg caught in the bars and started limping. They got us in within 45 min. At the office, Dr Archer talked to her as the patients mom and explained everything to her. Told her she was a great mom and was taking great care of her hamster. They were friendly and informative. I loved that my daughter was the one who explained the injury, got the instructions and was treated like the parent. Would recommend to everyone.
I took my newly adopted dog to Veterinary Angels today for the first time, to have her nails clipped and glands expressed. She has pretty severe separation anxiety, but came through without trauma. Not only that, when I went to pay they only charged me for clipping her nails. It seems she was so nervous while in there that she expressed her glands herself! I am so impressed with their honesty! Vetirinary Angels took great care of my dog during his annual check up. They also gave him a thorough dental cleaning and clipped his nails during the whole process. We were skeptical about anesthesia for his dental cleansing, but it was the only choice to get his nails and teeth cleaned properly. They did a great job dealing with our dog and he is now walking around happy as can be with clean teeth and clipped nails. Thanks for everything! -Mike and Elci
