Get directionsAt this point ( I've lived here for 2 1/2 weeks) I would rate all categories 5, except 4 for the food. However, I love not having to cook and clean up every day like the rest of my adult life, lol! Just got my hair cut by [Name Removed] our hair dresser. My hair looks awesome, reasonable prices. She is so personable! Plenty of activities if I want. But I can have alone time whenever I want. I'm overwhelmed with all the new faces and names to remember. But hopefully that will get easier for me.
A beautiful place, with lots of amenities. All the residents I met were so friendly and welcoming. So many things to do.
I visited my aunt last week and we were thinking the food choices could be better - but overall nice place. I would recommend to others.
What we like the most about Vicinia Gardens is the friendly and engaging staff members. Also the clean facilities. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far .
They are very accommodating when it comes to changes if you need them My husband passed away on the [date removed] and they have arranged for me to downsize my apartment to 1 bedroom. Highly recommend.
Vicinia Gardens Luxury Senior Living is a great place! Staff is engaging and helpful. Facility is update, clean and homey. My dad is very happy there
Vicinia is really nice place. The staff is very friendly and my parents enjoy the staff. My parents aren’t crazy about the food and feel that the cleaning crew for the apt is just okay but I believe they are being somewhat picky and are just not happy to have to move into a place. The longer they are there the more open they have been to the food. The fellow residents are friendly and caring. They look out for each other. Vicinia did try to change the Sunday meals to just one in morning but the residents vetoed that soundly.... read more
My mom seems to be fitting in just fine. The first few weeks were rough, but she seems to be acclimating to her new home. The staff is friendly and they do keep the patients and facility clean. The variety of food is good. They do have several activities, so that is also good. All memory care facilities are expensive. But if they are safe and well taken care of, it is worth it.
Seems to be a lot of staff turnover. Food is bland, and they do not accommodate for special diets, such as gluten free or diabetic diets.
