The most caring and wonderful staff ever. They were kind and as gentle as possible with my mom. They went out of their way to provide foods that she would like. It's a clean and fresh smelling environment. I did not regret having her stay there and never felt like she wasn't being well taken care of.

I toured Vicinia Gardens and it was great! The cleanliness was good. The friendliness was also good. The nursing staff was wonderful! However, the cost was just a bit too high for us.

I have not only placed my father but now my mother with Vicinia Gardens. They are so attentive and caring towards both my parents, and they all go above and beyond. The best part was that as my Dad declines they have the buildings to continue his care. We are proud to be part of the Vicinia community, and I highly recommend it!

We chose Vicinia Gardens because I was happy with the cost compared to others we looked into because everything is included in the monthly rent. It is also very close to my house. I think they could use improvement on communication to families on what is going on inside the facility and updates on my moms care. That is critical especially during these times of not being able to go inside the facility.

Seems to be a lot of staff turnover. Food is bland, and they do not accommodate for special diets, such as gluten free or diabetic diets.

We toured Vicinia Gardens, they didn't have a good back up plan for the tour guide. The person scheduled to do our tour was in charge of the meal. When I showed up, she was VERY nice but was in the middle of making lunch for the facility. She said she could finish very quickly and then give me a tour, but my heart couldn't have handled that pressure. I didn't feel comfortable interrupting her making lunch to give me a tour.

I would not recommend Vicinia Gardens to anyone. In my opinion, the help is very unprofessional. Especially the night help.

This community was a dump and we waited 15 minutes and then left. What we saw of staff interacting with residents was unprofessional and disturbing.

I think the biggest problem that we have had was that I have had 2 family members here and we find out after the fact that things do not work like we think they would, they assume families know the ins and outs. We also had an issue where my loved ones room the shower was broke and it took a long time to be fixed. But overall I would still recommend the facility to others looking
