This home was on contract within a week of being on market with another lender in Bowling Green . Two days before closing date lender calls and says he won’t be able to close because buyer already had an FHA Loan. This is something Vicki would have found out in her first conversation with the buyer. All lenders are not created equal. Thanks Vicki for a smooth transaction.
