This took too long and cost me money
Excellent in providing information needed to apply and close a loan in a format that is easy to understand. Very responsive in responding to questions quickly. Professional and efficient - one of the best loan experiences we have ever.
Wasn't really Vicki. She had a co worker that was lagging on his job. He was delt with but it took us from July to October to close. Then was told several different amounts to cash to close and several closing dates as well. Just glad our process is closed and done and over with.
Vicki followed thru and kept us updated during the entire process. She kept us informed and everything was exactly what we were told and had no surprises at the end.
