Stacey Depriest was horrible. Worst job by any loan officer I've ever dealt with, but Vicki and Emily made up for it by going above and beyond to help us get everything done on time. I'd reccomend Vicki and Emily to anyone.

Vicki brought out her "mop bucket" and cleaned up a very unfortunate mess made by another associate within Stockton Mortgage. After finding out the problems, she grabbed ahold of the situation like a true leader should and saved our deal and got us to the closing table. I often reserve my praise unless I am very impressed and I will say with pure confidence that had it not been for Vicki and her assistant, Emily, we would have lost our deal.
Vicki kept me informed and was very organized in the process.
