This is a time - buying a house - when cool heads and good direction are needed. I felt the Silver City team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with my decisions. I had to back out of the first deal I went after because the property was not up to the standards I want ed in a home, but I didn't realize its condition until an Inspection pro went over the property with me. The Van Dyke team stayed focused though and the next properrty was perfect.
The customer service was very good. I went with Van Dyke Mortgage because Vicky Schram was very helpful with the home loan process and helped me get in range of where I needed to be in terms of a home loan that was right for me.
After working with 2 extremely difficult mortgage companies whom demanded that I jump through several hoops that lead to nothing. Vandyk was simple, straight forward, and easy to work with. I'm grateful for Vandyk taking the stress out of refinancing my home.
