Vicky really made it possible. She was extraordinarily patient with me. The process of applying and qualifying is daunting, but Vicky helped every step of the way in a very positive and friendly manner. She also knows her business exceptionally well. This rating is of no fault of the representatives in this transaction. It lies with the underwriters, or company policy/limitations... availability of Money??? I'm not sure, but the issue that delayed this closing a month were quickly handled up front and explained and demonstrated that there was no issue. Underwriters took 30 days to agree with this. Too slow.
