As always, Vicky provided excellent customer service. She made herself always available. She was very helpful in preparing the application for the refinance loan. She is consistently positive. She also has wonderful patience.
Vicky really made it possible. She was extraordinarily patient with me. The process of applying and qualifying is daunting, but Vicky helped every step of the way in a very positive and friendly manner. She also knows her business exceptionally well. She was looking out for me. I was not computer savvy with uploading and downloading, but Vicky step by step helped me. When I gave up, she encouraged me to go further and through her perseverance, helped me qualify and get all the paperwork in.
Smooth transaction and Vicky is so easy to work with. Great job!
Vicky and Beth did a fantastic job, it was quick, efficient, and very professional. They took the time to answer any and all questions I had and kept me updated as the paperwork progressed. I would recommend Vicky and her team to anyone looking to purchase a home.
This rating is of no fault of the representatives in this transaction. It lies with the underwriters, or company policy/limitations... availability of Money??? I'm not sure, but the issue that delayed this closing a month were quickly handled up front and explained and demonstrated that there was no issue. Underwriters took 30 days to agree with this. Too slow.
They were a great help in purchasing my home. Great and friendly people.
