First time buying a home and I have a credit score of literally 0. Most lenders I tried told me there was no chance go get a credit card and come back in 6 months to a year. I did not have that long. My wife and I find church hill, waiting to hear the mockery and lender jokes Victor and his team got right to work. In 45 days and a very communicative path of emails and phone calls later. Victor was knowledgeable and had answers for every question we had from the 1st day to the last. In this market, homes are selling fast so many times we had late, after work home tours and would need to put in offers that night and Victor was always available and had our offer paperwork in quickly. We quickly learned we didn’t need stress about getting our pre approval letter in on time and it made us able to concentrate on other areas, not stressing about the financing. And that is huge!
