Victor was the first Churchill representative I spoke to. He did a great job of explaining everything in detail, and also added very important information that other companies did not. He also provided an Excel spreadsheet load amortization tool where I could plug in different factors such as loan amount, interest rate and term, and additional payments, which helped me make decisions about my refinance effort. Suzanne Moreton was superb in following up to Victor and made the effort so easy.
