The staff was very prompt and attentive. The clinic is very bright and clean. My bill was explained to me as were my instructions for follow up. I highly recommend this clinic!

Everyone is so incredibly caring and sweet and it's the first time we've ever visited an ER or urgent care facility where I completely trusted the billing system and didn't fear being charged ridiculous fees for the visit. I had a very enjoyable experience at VIK. I visited on a Thursday early afternoon, there was no wait, and I was waited on immediately. The staff was friendly, helpful, answered all my questions... they all went above and beyond what I would have expected from an Urgent Care Center. Sara, at the front desk was patient and friendly, and Dr. Rodriguez was patient, and explained to me everything about my diagnosis and treatment options. Everyone I came into contact with was personable and professional. I only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seen and my checkout took less than a minute. Would highly recommend to all who are pressed for time but need quality service.

Immediate care from the time we entered the office. The frontline staff was excellent and very accommodating. The assigned RN came to the front and kindly greeted us and immediately began to help. The on-site ED physician was extremely cordial and took the time to explain his plan of care. As a healthcare provider myself, I can say this site and staff are well-accomplished and provided me with excellent care.
