We had an exceptional experience at Vik Complete Care early this morning around 4:30am for severe dehydration. We were taken to a room within 5 minutes and greeted by two nurses who immediately began consultation and setting up the IV. I love how quick the discharge process was -- they make it so simple for you. Shoutout to Colin and Sherry, they are the best nurses we have come across and that says a lot given we are in an ER every few months. this is our go to place for any emergency. We have had a few scary incidents in the past and recent as well. Each time this facility has provided the best care and in every engagement they made us, the patients, comfortable with the treatment! Thanking the nurses, doctors as well the support staff for their services! great job done by these heroes!

Vik Care has been absolutely fantastic in helping with our emergency needs. They are highly competent and very courteous and o professional. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Westlake or bee Cafes area!!
I had a great experience at Vik complete Care. I came in in a wheelchair with a knee out of joint and walked out on my own about an hour later. They were great. I am back to being myself. They had recommendations to help me keep from putting my knee out if joint in the future and those suggestions are helping.
