RecommendedVik Complete Care is by far the best ER I’ve ever been to. I don’t mind driving 40 minutes just to come here because the experience is worth it every time. The staff is outstanding — from the friendly lady at the front desk to the caring nurses and knowledgeable doctors. The waiting time is always very short, and I receive the best treatment and attention I could ask for. I truly wish every ER operated the way Vik does.
“Superb care” is an understatement of how I was treated here from registration to discharge. Dr. Haycock is an awesome, caring physician with an amazing bedside manner committed to finding and treating the core issue. VIK Complete Care is the hands down the best urgent care in Texas. I used them in 2022 for a heat stroke incident. The entire team was wonderful and they saw me immediately during this urgent health issue I had. I was glad I could use this company vs going to a hospital. At Vik Medical you feel the sense of urgency with the doctors and that they truly do care about their patients. Their diagnostic process was very detailed. Best doctor's office visit in decades. Fast, friendly, smart! They were open and welcoming at 9:45AM Sunday morning. In and out in under an hour and they take Medicare & Medicare Supplementary so NO CHARGE!
Vik is a great place for medical care of all kinds. Every member of our family, from parents to toddler, have gone to Vik for various aliments - rashes, fractured bones, sore throat - you name it! It's clean, quiet and the medical team are so polite and knowledgable. I also love that we can just drop in and don't need an appointment!
My son woke me up at 7am with an ear ache. I took him there at 7:30am for what I believed to be swimmers ear and we got in and out in 30 mins! They gave us a prescription, we got it filled and he started to feel better the next day. I don’t go anywhere else! I work full time with a large family. I need easy and quick and that’s what VIK Complete Care is.
Unfortunately, our family has needed several visits to Vik over the years, but every time has been such a great experience! Dr Campbell is just amazing and all of the staff are warm and friendly. I also particularly appreciate the clear upfront pricing which is pretty unique. We highly recommend Vik!!
I highly recommend Vick’s complete Care. I haven’t been there because I heard that they didn’t take Medicare. Since COVID they are taking Medicare but call before if you have a concern. I waited about 10-15 minutes. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I loved the doctor. We spoke about several choices that I had before treatment. Very impressive center! Hope they continue to take Medicare:)
