Our family has dealt with Villa for 20+ years......always satisfied. We recently had a wood floor installed in a small room.....to match floor installed 10 years ago. There was a problem with in incorrect wood being delivered....not Villa’s error. Yes, inconvenient for us since furniture was spread throughout house....but they were very apologetic, gave a gift card, and kept in touch. Jimmy, the installer, was amazing.....as in our past experience with him.👏👏👏
Please, avoid this business for your flooring needs. They installed an inferior floor in our kitchen and dining area that is now wearing through only 2 years later! They used an apprentice who did not know what he was doing. And the most pathetic part was the salesperson who appeared to be so nice throughout the entire process. Our experience with Villa turned out to be a big waste of time and money. Never again!! The One star ⭐ is for them knowing how to play the game.
