The staff at Villa Carpets, Inc was very helpful in helping us to make a decision about the best flooring for our basement remodeling. They gave us a good price on the flooring. They also explained how we should care for the floor. The installer was very helpful and did an excellent job in installing the flooring. He explained what he was doing and entertained any questions we had. He was very professional.
Out of three suppliers contacted, Villa was the only one to take the time and access all of our needs and give us the practical options for our window treatments. It happened to be an idea we never thought of , and the best option. We are happy with the installation and the end results. We had a very good experience with Villa Carpets. From the sales staff in the showroom offering selections in our price range, to scheduling installation. The installers showing up as scheduled, also, suggested it would be wise to "Swifter" the newly installed vinyl planking before we starting using the basement area. We are very happy with the new basement flooring & would recommend Villa Carpets to our friends, neighbors, & family.
