I have been living here at la Plata (Villa Vista) for about 12 years now, It is a very affordable place, clean, great neighbors and perfect centric area, I do recommend this place for small families of 3 or 4 since these are all 2 bedroom homes, there is no on site office yet but the new manager is reachable at all times of the day, she is always there to help with any concerns, and visits the community daily making sure everything is good here. I am loving the new proerty management.
Worst place I have ever lived. Expensive no management around when you have questions or concerns. You have to call the phoenix number to get an answer and the lady in charge of the accounts Cecilia Salinas doesn't like to be bothered.
Very fun down. Apparently, the landlord is not taking any interest in it. Probably wants to close it all down to use it for something else.
