He did everything he could to assist in the purchase of the vehicle to make sure all expectations were met. He also made follow up phone calls to assure compete satisfaction. Problem with my 2015 Avalon starting I have been experiencing problem with my 2015 Avalon Limited failing to start and needing to be jumped and the battery needing to be charged. Brandon took the time to thoroughly explain to me how my pattern of driving and lack of at least 20-30 minute trips was causing drainage on my battery causing the car to not start.
