Fantastic place, great customer service I recently purchased a used vehicle from Village Pointe Toyota. My sales person was Rusty Russell. I can not say enough about Rusty. He did everything he could to assist in the purchase of the vehicle to make sure all expectations were met. He also made follow up phone calls to assure compete satisfaction. Problem with my 2015 Avalon starting I have been experiencing problem with my 2015 Avalon Limited failing to start and needing to be jumped and the battery needing to be charged. Brandon took the time to thoroughly explain to me how my pattern of driving and lack of at least 20-30 minute trips was causing drainage on my battery causing the car to not start. I cannot say enough good things about my whole experience and the truly outstanding customer service I received from everyone! Great experience Julia Stephenson did a great job finding a vehicle that fit my budget and timeframe. Although it wasn’t an expensive vehicle, her attention to detail and service was outstanding, rivaling that of most luxury dealers. Would definitely purchase from her again.
