Toyota Tacoma Purchase Sicilia was great. She had a pleasant personality, was patient and explained everything well. She also sit in the car with us and explained some of the more important features of the controls. She offered us refreshments and was all around a great experience for us. The reason I rated the dealership a 4 instead of a 5 was because the experience with the finance individual (not sure of his name) was less than satisfactory. Our 1st Toyota, we purchased a 2018 Highlander, Amazing We did our homework and the Toyota Highlander came out at the top of the list and Village Point Toyota also came up on the top of the list. We are older and needed the safety features the Highlander offers for our longer trips. The seats are very comfortable and the controls are intuitive, We look forward to years of good service, we liked the 2 years or 25,000 miles of service included with our new Highlander.

First Toyota. Couldn't be happier. I did my homework before coming to Village Pointe. I knew what I wanted coming in the door, and they were able to find exactly what I was looking for. They had to bring my black Camry XLE Hybrid in from out of state. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and did everything they could to make sure I was completely satisfied. Very happy with my experience at Village Pointe.

My 12th car from Village Pointe (Old Mill) Toyota since 1974 My parents purchased our first Toyota (a '74 Corona that I later inherited in college) from Old Mill when I was in high school.
