Excellent experience. Julia Stephenson was amazing. I started looking for new vehicle few weeks ago. I looked at all the brands including Toyota. I decided to join Toyota Family as my son and wife already are proud Toyota owners and their experience has been amazing. I reached out to all Toyota Dealerships in Omaha NE. Persistent Service My experience with Justin was hard to define at first. He first contacted me back in the fall to talk about the lease-buyout program that Toyota offers to those whose lease is coming to an end. My consistently busy schedule made it difficult for me to return his phone calls in a timely manner, let alone schedule an appointment at the dealership. Justin didn't give up on me though, and when I finally did get to meet him in person, I found him to be extremely professional, personable, committed, and focused.... read more

No pressure sale Like most people, car shopping is not what I enjoy to do, but I had a very good experience at Village Pointe Toyota. Both Justin and Julia provided exceptional service in the sales area and ensured I was happy with my selection. They were fair with negotiations as well. I even received a follow up call within a few days to ask if I had any questions about my vehicle. I would totally recommend them, good experience and excellent service.
