Persistent Service My experience with Justin was hard to define at first. He first contacted me back in the fall to talk about the lease-buyout program that Toyota offers to those whose lease is coming to an end. My consistently busy schedule made it difficult for me to return his phone calls in a timely manner, let alone schedule an appointment at the dealership. No pressure sale Like most people, car shopping is not what I enjoy to do, but I had a very good experience at Village Pointe Toyota. Both Justin and Julia provided exceptional service in the sales area and ensured I was happy with my selection. They were fair with negotiations as well. I even received a follow up call within a few days to ask if I had any questions about my vehicle. I would totally recommend them, good experience and excellent service.
