Long Distance Car Shopping Facilities were very nice, staff was professional and friendly AND we received a good deal on our "new" used vehicle. Worth the 12 hour round trip drive.

Very Happy This is my second time I've purchased a car with Jose Lopez. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and makes the experience as painless as possible. I give the car-buying process a three only because it should not take my whole afternoon/evening to buy a car! I don't care where you buy a car, this is a problem everywhere. Somebody needs to work on this and make this process run more efficient! My time is precious to me, and sitting in a car dealership for more than four hours is unacceptable.

Jim was extremely knowledgeable, fair and honest.He took time to get to know us and helped us find the perfect car for our needs. My husband and I have come to this dealership for almost 20 years for service and to purchase previous Toyotas. We shopped other dealerships, but we will never go anywhere else. The service is exemplary and we both thank Jim so much for a great experience..
