Friendly, knowledgeable, went out of their way on vehicle Jordan was friendly, listened well to what we were looking for and went out of his way to find just the right vehicle we wanted. We didn't have to spend more than necessary on features we wouldn't use or need. The entire process was less time consuming and contentious than I've experienced elsewhere. Good Experience We went to just look at new Highlanders and we stated the features we wanted in a new highlander and they came through. Before we left they had made us a good deal and we agreed to purchase. They had to bring the vehicle from somewhere else and did so in the two days we were in town.

Great Experience We just bought a used Toyota Sienna from Village Pointe to replace another that was recently totaled. We had a great experience with our salesman, Rusty. We first spoke with him over the phone, and he was able to help us out. We had to drive three hours to get there and Rusty had everything ready for us when we arrived. Our experience with the finance department went smoothly as well.
