great service the entire buying experience took about 2.5 hours. I appreciated that it was not long, I got the car I wanted and overall it was a very good experience

My First Toyota I am 60 years old and I've bought several new cars in my lifetime. Compared to all the experiences I've had buying a new car this is by far the best experience I've ever had. Our sales person, Mike Hansen, was fantastic. He helped us find the car we wanted and then the unbelievable happened, he sold us the car at the price I was willing to pay without any haggling. And then to top it off, he throws in some car accessories, Needless to say I am sold on Village Pointe Toyota.
