She was very helpful and transparent with info on the vehicle. Being that we live 4 hours away we were eager to come see the vehicle for our own eyes. I was concerned that they would no be open on Father's Day Sunday for us to drive down and see it, but sure enough they were and Julia set us up for a noon appointment. We had great service. Low pressure, highly informed sales. We were looking to replace our 2008 Toyota Sienna. We had test driven several other new minivan models. Without a hint of doubt we feel great about our new van purchase. Brand loyalty is there for a reason. We received fair, courteous service.
