Pretty Painless I had called before coming in and Jose had a car to show me and one for me to test drive when I got there. He worked with me on price until we agreed on terms and I drove my new vehicle literally off of the show room floor. It was a very good experience from start to finish.

He was avil when I got there and was conscientious about my time constraints. He did a great job making me feel comfortable and was knowledgeable in the process.
