Rodney was personable from the first time we spoke and my wife and I felt very comfortable working with him. He was thorough in his explanation of the new Toyota RAV4 and its features but was also very open to our questions. He was very clear and open about the financial side of things as well. Toyota Highlander My experience here was very nice. JC made sure to explain the different styles to us of the Highlander, and we never felt pressured into anything. He was very patient with us as we did not go in with a specific vehicle in mind. At one point when he was busy with someone else (after we got back from a test drive), and the manager came and made conversation with us making sure our needs were meant.
