I worked with Jose Rodriguez to buy my new Crown. He was a great help through the process and was dedicated to helping me figure out all the new functionalities I will need to be using. I really appreciated that! And I also appreciated how he kept me informed of when my car was going to come into the dealership. Otherwise, it would have been a little nerve-racking to be waiting and not knowing when it would arrive. Working with Donny was one of the BEST things about buying a car from Village Pointe Toyota. He knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't try talking me into anything I didn't want. He was very personable, knowledgable and very easy to work with. He had my best interest at mind and was very empathetic to my needs. When I am ready for another car I won't buy another car from anyone else. working with Donny didn't feel like I was buying a car but making a friend. He even had some good Dad jokes.

My family and I had a great experience working with Donny! He facilitated this sale entirely online with my family thousands of miles away. He personally took photos and videos of the cars we were interested and helped coordinate when we could finally come to the dealership in person. He is very hard-working, personable, and evidently loves what he does!
