I worked with Jose Rodriguez to buy my new Crown. He was a great help through the process and was dedicated to helping me figure out all the new functionalities I will need to be using. I really appreciated that! And I also appreciated how he kept me informed of when my car was going to come into the dealership. Otherwise, it would have been a little nerve-racking to be waiting and not knowing when it would arrive.
