I was walking into the Village Pointe Toyota dealership 10 minutes before closing and Lamare opened the door and greeted me right away and asked who I was looking for and I had said, whoever wants to make a sale today and he had asked me for what I was looking for and found exactly what I had told him. I had some service issues to be taken care of and when it came back with a huge estimate, they said they would take the car off my hands for way more than it was KBB'd and lowered their price on a newer version of what I had for about the same cost as what the repairs would have been.
