Easy transaction Nice building, friendly people. The only complaints are the car was listed on the certified Toyota site at 2,000 less than the dealer site. The price was not corrected even after I brought it to their attention early in the sales process. Also we got 2012 manuals with our 2013 car, including a navigation manual. The car we bought does not have navigation. And one of the key fobs is not the original. The salesman thought maybe because a remote starter was installed. Exceptional customer service My salesman Rusty was fantastic. He helped me through the entire process and made buying my car enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make us happy! Jose in finance also made the end process quick and offered us great options to add to our deal.
