Love our car; Experience was exceptional We walked on the lot not expecting to buy, but were in the beginning stages of our car search. Great experiance Our sales person was J C and he was great ,when we went to the dealer not expecting to buy. JC was out on the lot with another car when we were looking at a acura that was on the lot and he asked if he could help us . We though the acrua was high mileage so we were going to leave when he stopped us and showed us a highlander which we drove and bought it Our experience with the dealer was the best we have ever had.

Professional organization This was our first experience with Village Pointe Toyota and our salesperson, Guy Ridpath, made our experience an extremely positive one. He was very helpful without being pushy and made our time a pleasant one. (I never like the process of car buying!)
