New vehicle purchase Good experience Went to look at an SUV. Had previously driven a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Ford Explorer. Andy Grassau was great at explaining the difference between the Hilander and 4Runner models and the various options. Test drove the 4Runner. Better options, better visibility and good overall quality led us to buy the 4Runner. Gave 4 stars as we have not yet used the service department.

Wonderful New Car Experience I have purchased numerous cars from various dealerships all over the mid-west. I have not found one that I would even want to write a review for until now. Village Pointe Toyota was a fantastic car buying experience. The staff from top to bottom were friendly, fun and helpful. I need to call out Rusty Russell. His over the top patience, expertise and advice were invaluable. Excellent car purchase experience P.J. Smith treated my husband, son and I with respect. He did not use sales tricks to get our business. He read us like an expeirenced salesperson should be able to. We had stopped by your dealership on Friday evening 6/17/16 after visiting our first grandchild, born Friday, 6/17/16 at Methodist Womens Hospital. Not like most other dealers Very pleased with our experience at Village Point Toyota. After being frustrated at several other dealerships, we walked into Village Point thinking we can't afford to purchase a vehicle here. We were wrong. Great service, Great Price.
