Outstanding customer service. Great Price. In Omaha for Berkshire shareholder meeting. Decided to look only at 2016 Prius; Walked out with the keys to a v5. Brent Jackson, Justin D'Angelo, Vershan Jackson and Michael Milan took great care of us. Treated us with dignity, attention and humor. These folks are here to do business! Positive Car Purchasing Experience We came to Village Pointe Toyota to look at a pre-owned Toyota Prius and we were blessed to be greeted by Sharrieff McIntosh. He was warm, welcoming and with a great sense of humor, made our initial visit to test drive the Prius pleasant and positive. VP Toyota review Outstanding customer service! Sent an email when the dealership opened and by the time we drove the 30 minutes to the store we had a team ready and willing to help. Jose was great, was not pushy or demanding, no rush to make a decision. Dustin and the finance team were very accommodating while we spoke to our insurance company several times, giving us plenty of time to make a correct financial decision on the after-sale maintenance and insurance choices.
