He was warm, welcoming and with a great sense of humor, made our initial visit to test drive the Prius pleasant and positive. Jose was great, was not pushy or demanding, no rush to make a decision. Dustin and the finance team were very accommodating while we spoke to our insurance company several times, giving us plenty of time to make a correct financial decision on the after-sale maintenance and insurance choices.
