Need a quick technical review. We just purchased a new RAV4 Limited with all the "bells and whistles". When we picked it up after flying to Omaha from Phoenix, we were too tired to go over the vehicle in any detail, so requested we just take the vehicle and if we had questions we would return. What a wonderful group of people to deal with. Efficient, never pushy, knew the product and answered any questions. Super to work with and great value for the Toyota Highlander we purchased. Very friendly and warm dealership

Rating Rusty Russell was wonderful to work with; very personable and helpful. Enjoyed our car-buying experience with him. Micheal Milan was also very nice and knowledgeable. The only reason I rated him a bit lower is that by the time we got to finance, we were very tired and he didn't seem to pick up on that. We had been at the dealership since 6pm and didn't leave the dealership until after 10pm because of the reviewing he did of all the available products/services.
