Jose and Marshall were awesome. They made the process quick and easy, just like they like it! It was a pleasant experience as their entire staff has such a great sense of humor all while being incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The whole process went very smoothly and Martin in financing did a great job getting me out while I was on a time crunch. I highly recommend going here to purchase your next vehicle. Ask for Jose. We had a very pleasant experience buying a car from Carlos at Village Pointe Toyota. He contacted us when we inquired about a car they had on their lot. He was very professional & dressed nice. He answered all of our questions & the test drive went well. The purchase went well in a timely manner, no game playing. The finance expert was very pleasant & we were out of there in a minimal amount of time. Ken
